(T&C) RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Attention to all our customers!
We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange your purchase. However, we would like to inform you that we do not encourage returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:
1️⃣ The item does not suit the customer's style or preference
2️⃣ Changed your mind after making the purchase
3️⃣ Ordered by mistake
4️⃣ Size issues with bangles or width of motifs
5️⃣ Delays in courier services
6️⃣ Order reached beyond the event or occasion date
🛍️In case you receive a defective item, please contact us with details and an unboxing video without any cuts, from the opening of the package. We will not consider any damage claims without a proper unboxing video.
🚚The product must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery with a tracking number forwarded to our WhatsApp number (+91 8200353994)
For prepaid orders, in case of cancellation before dispatch due to unavoidable circumstances, a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice value will be deducted. This is to cover the costs incurred in processing and packaging your order.

Information regarding Shipping: We kindly request that you provide us with a proper delivery address, including landmarks, to avoid any confusion and delays in shipment. Ensure correct address & mobile numbers are provided.
To avoid wrong deliveries, most courier deliveries are done with OTP mobile verification only. Ensure correct mobile numbers provided to avoid unnecessary courier returns.
Follow-up on tracking status lies with customers, if there is any delivery delay or parcel unable to deliver to your locations. Customer can contact nearest courier office with tracking number and guide them to get delivery.
Courier person will attempt delivery for 3days, if not delivered parcel gets returned to us.
If parcel returned without any actions, RTO/reship charges need to be paid to attempt delivery again. Incase refunds shipping cost will be deducted and balance will be refunded.
If parcels returns due to incorrect/incomplete address or incorrect Mobile numbers, you must pay reship charges for us to ship the items again.
